Heartsaver CPR
Heartsaver® is the perfect course for anyone with little or no medical background who wants to learn CPR. In this course, you will learn how to recognize a cardiac emergency, deliver compressions and breaths, use an AED, and how to help someone who is choking.
Emergency first aid
Emergency First Aid teaches you to provide immediate care to someone who is injured or unwell. This course gives you the knowledge and confidence to respond to common medical emergencies, learn life-saving skills, and provide care while you wait for help to arrive.
BLS Healthcare Provider
The Basic Life Support course is designed for healthcare providers that work in many different settings and disciplines. You will learn how to quickly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, gain confidence to initiate CPR, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, ensure early use of an AED, and engage in positive team dynamics.
About Jessica
Jessica West is a registered nurse and licensed CPR instructor with the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. Since 2015, she has offered first aid and CPR courses in Montreal, providing over 2000 individuals with the skills and the confidence to respond in life-threatening emergencies.
Jessica is passionate about teaching CPR classes in Montreal and knows how important it is to create a fun and engaging environment that supports a positive and memorable learning experience.
